Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of FettleQ mobile applications and related services operated by SmartRabbitz. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
FettleQ helps clinics manage appointments, queues, consultations (including teleconsultation), prescriptions, patient records, and related workflows. Features available to you depend on your clinic’s subscription and your assigned role.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- Staff accounts are issued or authorised by the clinic. Patients use accounts as enabled by their clinic.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt other users
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as allowed by law
- Use the apps for any purpose other than legitimate clinic / patient workflows
4. Medical disclaimer
FettleQ is software for clinic operations and communication. It does not replace professional medical judgment. Doctors and clinics remain solely responsible for clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and care. Always follow your clinician’s advice in emergencies and for medical questions.
5. Intellectual property
FettleQ branding, software, and documentation remain the property of SmartRabbitz or its licensors. Clinics and users retain rights in content they lawfully submit, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the service.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may occur. Critical clinical workflows should include offline / fallback clinic procedures.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartRabbitz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for clinical outcomes. Our aggregate liability related to the apps is limited to fees paid to SmartRabbitz for the service in the three months before the claim (or INR 5,000 if no fees apply to you as an end user).
8. Termination
We or your clinic may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risk, or end of subscription. You may stop using the apps and request account deletion as described on Account Deletion.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
