This Privacy Policy explains how SmartRabbitz (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use FettleQ mobile applications published by SmartRabbitz (patient and clinic staff apps, including white-label flavors).
1. Who we are
SmartRabbitz operates FettleQ clinic software and related mobile apps. For clinical records created and managed inside a hospital or clinic, that organisation typically acts as the data controller for those records. SmartRabbitz processes data to provide the platform and related services.
2. Information we collect
- Account & profile: name, phone, email, role, and authentication identifiers.
- Clinic / patient data you enter: appointments, queue tokens, consultation notes, prescriptions, documents, and other clinical or operational data entered in the app.
- Device & diagnostics: device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, and performance data.
- Notifications: push notification tokens and delivery status when you enable notifications.
- Support: information you send when contacting us (including screenshots or logs you attach).
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve FettleQ services
- Authenticate users and manage access by role
- Deliver bookings, queues, teleconsultations, prescriptions, and related workflows
- Respond to support requests
- Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:
- Your clinic or hospital — as needed to deliver care and operations through FettleQ
- Service providers — hosting, messaging, analytics, or communications processors under contract
- Legal / safety — when required by law or to protect users, clinics, or SmartRabbitz
5. Retention
We retain account and operational data while your account or clinic subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Clinic-controlled clinical records may be retained under that clinic’s policies even after an individual app account is closed.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), role-based access, and tenant isolation for clinic data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
7. Your rights

8. Children
FettleQ is intended for clinic operations and adult users (patients/guardians and staff). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for marketing. Guardians may use the patient experience on behalf of minors as permitted by their clinic.
9. International transfers
We primarily operate infrastructure for India-first deployments. If data is processed in another region by a provider, we take appropriate contractual and technical steps consistent with applicable law.
